Without the background, education, or experience, I landed my first L&D job. Overnight, I became an L&D professional by honing my transferrable skills, networking with the right people, and developing my areas of opportunity. Within 2 years of landing my first L&D role, I was overseeing L&D as the Director of Training for an organization of over 2,500 people, all by continuing to evolve my niche and using that to guide my development. Since then, I have created hundreds of learning and development programs and have served over 5,000 learners in 4 different organizations. Almost a decade after landing my first L&D job, I am here to help you do the same.
